Muffin Inspiration

Easy & Delicious! 🎉 Just add your favorite fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips to our gluten-free muffin mix and make it your own!


Apple and Banana Muffins

Add:


Blueberry/ Strawberry/ Peach Muffins

Add:

  • 1 cup of fruit

  • Optional fruit compote topping: 1/4 cup crushed fruit, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix together and simmer in a sauce pan for 5-10 minutes, smashing the fruit and mixing frequently. Let cool for 15 minutes. Fill muffin pan with batter, then add small spoonfuls of compote on top of the batter before baking.


Very Berry Banana

Add:

  • 1/2 cup of each: strawberries, bananas, and blueberries

Lemon Blueberry Muffins

Add:

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Lemon extract

  • Optional blueberry compote topping: 1/4 cup crushed blueberries, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix together and simmer in a sauce pan for 5-10 minutes, smashing the fruit and mixing frequently. Let cool for 15 minutes. Fill muffin pan with batter, then add small spoonfuls of compote on top of the batter before baking.


Pumpkin Muffins

Add:


Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Add:

  • 1 cup apple, finely chopped or grated

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • Optional topping: mix together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over top.


Chocolate Chip

Add:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
