Gluten-Free Mac & Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
8oz. gluten-free macaroni
4 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup No Gluten In It All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
2.5 cups milk
2 - 8oz blocks shredded cheese (set aside 1/3 to be mixed in later)
Instructions:
Cook Pasta: Boil gluten-free macaroni for half the time indicated on the package. Drain and set aside.
Make Roux: In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, dry mustard, and black pepper until smooth.
Add Milk: Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened.
Add Cheese: Stir in 2/3 of the shredded cheese until melted.
Combine: Add the partially cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
Final Cheese: Stir in the remaining 1/3 shredded cheese.
Bake: Put into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350F
Serve: Enjoy your gluten-free mac and cheese!
