Butter Garlic Green Beans

Delicious summer side dish!


Ingredients:

4 cups fresh green beans with stems removed cut in half

4 tbsp salted butter

2 tbsp water

1/2 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

  1. Add cut green beans and water in medium sized pan. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 mins, shaking the pan once or twice to move beans around.

  2. Turn off heat and add salted butter and garlic powder. Stir beans and recover.

  3. Next allow beans to sit on hot burner covered 3-5 mins until butter is fully melted.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.
