Asian Ginger Pork Chops

Serve with jasmine rice and veggies.




Marinade Ingredients:

4 tablespoons sesame oil

6 tablespoons minced ginger

4 tablespoons minced garlic

salt and pepper

marinate at least one hour


Ingredients:

2 to 3 lbs pork chops

1/4 cup No Gluten In It Flour

1/2 cup corn starch

4 tablespoons cooking oil (canola or vegetable) salt/pepper

5 tablespoons sake/dry white wine

1/2 cup gf soy sauce 6 tablespoons honey

4 tablespoons sesame oil

6 tablespoons minced ginger

4 tablespoons minced garlic

Chopped green onion for garnish


Directions:

  1. Marinate pork for atleast 1 hour.

  2. In a seperate bowl combine 5 tbsp sake/cooking wine, 1/2 cup GF soy sauce, and 6 tbsp honey. Whisk to combine and set aside. This will be your sauce.

  3. In another bowl, combine cornstarch and NoGlutenInIt flour, then mix.

  4. Coat the pork chops with corn starch/flour mixture on both sides.

  5. Pan fry in cooking oil until slightly golden on both sides, about 3-4 mins per side.

  6. Then pour in sauce and flip the chops to get an even amount of sauce on each side. Let sauce thicken 3-4 mins.

  7. Turn off heat and drizzle remaining sauce over chops.
